whenever i turn on the pc, first it says that the system date and time changed then recommends for system repair then i need to restore the system to get into the pc.. whats the problem? i googled, found no solution

You need to change the CMOS battery, bro.
Open your pc case and at the motherboard you will find a battery like this:
