Players Drive Like In DM Server

well i know this a roleplay server so we must act proper but i see a lot of players drive like they are in a dm server why they don t get kick i try to be an example but no luck?

They get pulled over by PD, But If they are provoking you, You can always ask an admin/helper to warn them or report them

There is no specific answer for this question. Just try to avoid them. However, if they tried to provoke you by ramming your vehicle, report them for provoking.
