I don't know what the issue is but I'd suggest you to re-install ur gta
btw did you install any mods recently?

i have only cars and weapon mods only and also some low graphics mod cuz my pc is shit XD

use modloader so you can't lose ur mods

"car mods?" maybe u r using car mods for vehicles which can be modified using the transfender system?
ex > sultan, jester, flash etc.
