How To Dodge Bullets?

When i m doing action with my team i always find a sniper kill my teammates i always die from him it's so bad so can you guys tell me how can i dodge his bullets so i can have fun killing players?

You can't dodge bullets in samp lol there's no way ;<
Just play with your brain and try to avoid getting sniped and find him and then shoot the mawfucker down.
