guys i try to install some hud map mod and others but it's not working is my asi loader not woking i can send you SS for my gta files just pliz help me andthanks.

Move the 2 .dll files on your GTA:SA Main Directory and see it out.

You don't need asi loader for hud or map just move the mod files to your gta folder, for example, you looking to install hud all you have to do is move the hud.txd to your gta models folder.

nope still not working

A little tip, use modloader rather. Exporting many files to your main directory creates confusion for both you and your game, files get misplaced or replaced and it usually leads to the game crashing and what not. Try it with modloader, I'm sure it'll work like a charm.
