Installation Problem, help!

i wanted to re-install gta sa and so uninstalled the old gta sa, but cannot re-install it, this error pops up:
wtf?
what do I do now?
and after I click ok, it shows that the game has been installed but I cannot find it nor can I run it. help meh fast

slow internet, don't wanna download that 4gb again. will take me a week. mby if no other solution is available i'll download.

Okay, I've read that error message, it says that there's no space at your current folder nor it can open it, try to close everything you're running and make sure you deleted the previous copy of your GTA San Andreas. Then restart your PC and install again.

oh wait, lol it's running the game in single player now. what do I do? launcher and sa-mp client both run it in single player

Make sure you set everything to Service Pack 3 if you're using windows 7, by clicking on the right mouse button and going to settings (idk since my pc is in Russian) then go to compatibility and in both to Service Pack 3 and Run as Administrator.

didn't work. i changed the compatibility to service pack 3, in both, but still it runs in single player. when I click on connect, it loads up white screen then black and so and then single player starts
annoyed.

If this didn't work go to your GTA SA directory and find SAMP>Launch it>Locate the samp to GTA folder

i see 'gta_sa.set'. well, deleted that BUT STILL IT LOADS UP IN SINGLE PLAYER OMG

LOCATE IT WHERE WHAT? IT'S ALREADY IN THE GTA SA DIRECTORY/FOLDER. BOTH HAVE THE SAME COMPATIBILITY SETTINGS, STILL IT RUNS IT IN SINGLE PLAYER

uninstall samp and reinstall it again
Also can u show me ur pc specs so I can give u smth else

nvm, fixed. I only had to downgrade the gta sa version XD Thanks for your time
