I have the same prob lol, when i take SS, my screen Freeze for 3 sec.

Well the bigger the screenshot is, the more time it'll take to save it. So for that reason, if you want it to take less time after pressing the button to take a screenshot, lower your game graphics and/or make your game resolution smaller.
You also can try to set anti-aliasing to off, lowering your draw distance and set visual fx quality to low/medium and it will do the job. (tested myself, rn).
