Hello guys, I updated my windows 10 today to 64 bits, well before that my game was working fine but as soon as it got updated, I logged in. Forexample i'm walking straight, I take a left turn and I start to lag(Game starts to freeze slowly) and when I walk straight/right turn. my game works properly with no lag and shit, it started to happen after the update.
Laptop properties: Core I 7, 4GB RAM and 64 Bits. idk WHATS THE FUCKING ISSUE, HELP

There was windows anniversary update, which doesnt really support older things such as Gta San andreas, if it was working fine before the patch then that is the problem, Windows always experiences bunch of bugs, problems etc etc but mayor things should be fixed in the new upcoming patch.
i'm only lagging outside, works fine inside interior with no bug..

I don`t recommend windows 10 for gaming. I had a lot of problems when I installed it.
Anyways, I'd recommend you windows 7 Its working perfectly for me.

Exactly what M0stafa said. Also windows 10 users started getting a lot of issues after the anniversary update, I myself installed windows 10 and had my computer freezing permanently which happens to other users also.
Windows 7 or Windows 8.1(Currently what I'm using) could works just fine, it is not as fancy as windows 10 but at least no issues there..
