Is Making alt aginst the rules?
What's the difference, between making alt when banned, and telling admins it's you, + u have unban appeal.
And
Making alt when u aren't banned, and telling admins that's you?

Wait what? It is not against the rules to make alt accounts.
You can play or create Alt Accounts if you are not IP Banned on another account.

Just make sure that an old account of yours is not IP Banned.
If it's the case then you have to make a ban appeal for that account and wait for it to get unbanned so you can play on it again or create new account to play on.

No you cannot. You have to make a ban appeal for the IP+banned account first.

After u get the IP ban?Nope you can't..you will have to appeal to remove the ban.
IP ban= banning any account playing on the IP which is banned,not only 1 account
