Do you see any error when you press F8 to take a screenshot?
Did you check the option at display setup, "Store Gallery Photos"?, it could be turned off.
Click Start and search for one of those files: chatlog, gta_sa.set, screens. Do you see any of those files listed?
also try to launch singleplayer game, and quit. Then check Documents and see if "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder is created.

I can take ss using F8 and yes I've tried to do that in single player but it didn't create a folder of "gallery", yes I've check if is on and its on.
So far I've tried everthing I know I stil can't see/find the folder

all the Screens gta_sa.set is located here at the data but I don't see any gta user files etc. :<

@Kai I found a solution somewhere, to get a new gta_sa.exe version, I hope it will work for you
Click here to download it. then all you have to do is to put the downloaded gta_sa.exe file at gta directory and then run the game
