Sinper bug ???

Is this a bug or no ? When i zoom character keep running few meters then he stop. Its only in pb maybe ?

Doesn't happen to me outsider PB, haven't tried it in PB yet.
Anyways do you have any mods installed?

It's samp physics and that cannot be changed.
