I'm getting tried when i always need to go mechanic deposit after get jacked or crash.i want to know is i can buy it and how much

Well you can buy a tow truck or any kind of vehicle from a dealership. The tow truck can be brought from the Job Dealership. Here you can find the prices of vehicles in different dealerships

I'll just add that you can buy tow trucks from other players in the car lot. Other than that, Mario gave you the awnser, Job Dealership.
