There is a file named font.txd in your models , gta san andreas directory, Modifying that file will help you to change everything
These are mine if you wanna download https://www.upload.ee/files/8695777/fonts.txd.html replace them with the file mentioned before.

you could prob just download the files and make use of modloader by making a folder within it then simply add the files downloaded within it and you can change pretty much everything within the game

I downloaded the Interface Editor but it's in Russian language,can't understand a shit!
What do I do after downloading it?
