^^^^ i am asking this just bcoz my application got denied for this reason

You don't need to own any houses to get it accepted. It got denied probably because you LIED that you own houses. (?)

lol no i didnt lie probably they denied bcoz i wrote in storage that "In my house there is a locker......" i meant to say that in my rented house/room

No, you don't have to. but on the other hand, don't claim that you own one. because it counts as providing false information.
