Disabling from settings?.
If yes then same shit, nothing.

Esc > Options > Display Setup > Radar Mod > Map and Blips.
You have set it on blips only.

I re-installed gta and now my launcher aint working,
i re-installed the launcher too but nothing comes up.

I fixed a launcher issue but compass still doesn't shows up.

There seems to be no radardisc. Have you got one?

have you installed it correctly?

As for the compass you can just add a cleo file for that

maybe try this: (just found it; haven't checked for possible viruses)
