Forum Registration Email Activation Problem

Hello, My friends were trying to register a new forum account and waiting for an activation code but there's no email sent to the inbox even the junk. Anyone could give a solution about this problem, please?

Is he using a yahoo email address? It's a temporary problem, it will arrive soon. Can you give me his forum name?

he is using gmail.
