How to become an outsider of a faction
This aftertoon, a lot of civilians started asking me about becoming outsiders of the faction I'm a member of atm. This reason why I'm making this guide is because I can see that they are confused and that they still don't know a lot.
First way of becoming an outsiders is waiting for an outsiders group leader to publish a advertisement about hiring workers. After calling him, he'll probably take you to an interview to get the needed information about you and to see if you're capable to work for him.
Do not lose your hope if you don't see any advertisements.
You should try checking the "Job Center" because there are a lot of job opportunities and organizations that are waiting to find loyal workers. On Job Center, if you want to get hired, you will have to fill an application with the format that is given by the organizators. After passing the application, the organizator will probably take you to the interview also.
Some people think that it is easier just to wait for the advertisement, but trust it is the same thing. If you pass the application, then you have the prepared answers that you have already writen and then you can pass the interview with no problems.
I advise you not to lose you hope. If you fail the interview once, then you should just keep trying and you should also do it better next time.Nothing's impossible so just do your best and nothing will be able to stand in front of you.
