San Bay online auctions and rules

Today I was helping some newbies at spawn and two of them asked me what do they have to do if they cannot sell their vehicles or houses in game. They also asked if there's something on forum that could help them. They inspired me to make this guide so others could come and get to know how to make an San Bay online auction

Your first step should be scrolling down to the part that is called "San Bay online auctions". Then you should click on it and search for "San Bay Rules, Regulations and Format". Then you should just fill the format with the correct information and wait for the offers. After the auction is over, you should contact the person who has offered the biggest amount and sell it to him in-game.

The format of the auctions looks like this:

San Bay Auction rules are:
Follow the format and respect the seller!

Every offer is a binding offer! Do not withdraw your offers!

Every offer below the Starting Price will be marked invalid.

Every auction is a binding auction! Do not withdraw your action, and do not ignore the bids!

Every auction lasts for a maximum of 7 days. Minimum is 24 hours.

Minimum increment is determined by the seller!

Auctions are not discussion threads. If you have a question for the selling, please private message them!

Every post in auctions must either be a bid or a notice by the SANBay moderators. Which means you can not post stuff alike "leading bid", "x days left for the
deadline" and so on. Exceptions can be made when you are directed a question by the moderators (which is occasional).

Auction terms can not overrule SANBay's terms, e.g. allowing selling to withdraw an auction.

If you do not provide the item you have put up for auction, or pay the amount of money offered, you will be reported to SAPD. Treated as scamming!!

Provide proper pictures and document the state of the item your are selling!
E.g. mileage, original price, modifications, interior tier (low/mid/top) and so on!

You may NOT sell vehicle/houseclaims on SanBay.

You may only sell items that you physically HAVE.

Out of Character punishments are:
Forum suspension - 1 day first offense
- 1 week second offense
- 1 month third offense

Credits are going to K3 for the San Bay Auction Rules.

What makes you think they'll read this if they're not going to be reading the actual rules thread? XD

After explaining the way of applying, I thought why wouldn't I add the rules too. It is not that bad. And also adding comments like these doesn't make sense because this is a newbie guide.

And sometimes it is better to have it writen twice because maybe they will understand that it is important to read then.
