Widescreen fix health bug

If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me. It only started happening when I began to use a widescreen fix mod. Please help <3

My laptop is indeed a potato, but the draw distance is like that because of the timecyc i use from undies mod pack.
This is the regular draw distance, not that much of a difference for me.
EDIT:
The patch didn't help...it still is the same :/

Use Interface Editor Visual to change the position of health & Armour bars.

You need to have asiloader for it to work
I already have asiloader installed. Perhaps I downloaded an incorrect file?

No, but I am starting to think there is a fix since no one has suggested one yet. Due to that, I would like to close this thread.
