It's your internet, the login screen takes you to diff places while you type ur pw etc, when u have slow internet you spawn in random places uncynced, or you're simply crashing when you're /q'ing which leads you stay at the last place you crashed in.

Do you just lag or do you also have FPS drops / stutter along with it?

Indeed, I thought the same. Windows 10 has become ridiculously slow after fall creators update (april 2018) and numerous reports about bad game performance can be easily be found on microsoft forums. I myself will do a fresh install of an older version once I get back home from holiday.

Still, it might not be the only issue there. Do you play on a laptop?

try to remove your timecyc and download a normal one who is getting you more fps like close drawdistance , and make low brightness which can give you more fps so you won't lag in those places . :D

I asked because an additional problem could be overheating and consequent thermal throttling: laptops usually come out of the factory with cheap thermal paste that deteriorates quickly. Check if it doesn't get hot while playing

well I fixed it by run game as administrator while I'm using same streammemfix.asi streammemfix2.2.

when I fixed it lag returned again at willow and corna seems, what I notice that there is a lot of graffiti at leone hq and willow too, so that makes me lag at these areas @TheCowboy

I'm not sure if it's because of the graffiti... in the meantime, I have my fresh install of windows 10 version 1607 ready, I'll reply here later on if it fixes the issue or not

The old windows 10 works great, I have stable 90+ everywhere, the only issue is the persistence of a slight particle lag (clouds and tires smoke) but it's bearable.

Still, wiping everything and starting from a new .iso is quite an overkill solution to the problem so, I'd recommend it only as a last chance solution.
