Cannot acces Gta sa.exe

I just re downloaded GTA SA and when I try to enter it pops up a messagr saying :
The ogg_stream_serialno procedure entry point was not found in the ogg.dll dynamic-link library

Apparently it's a known issue that comes with replaced .dll game files. Are you using a cracked version?

Well, the best solution is to buy the actual game, alternatively, you could try replacing the broken .dll file with a new one you can find on google...still, be careful.
