Hi,
I have been trying to login and open forums but I guess my university has blocked some sites, like this is what I get when I open sa-mp.im site or forums.

I can play using SA-MP Client but when I click on launcher it just load for like 4-8 secs and then close.
My mobile connection is so shitty that I crash a lot and barely can play because of this.
Please help me figure out how this can be fixed.
(NOTE: I am forced on launcher so don't say "don't use launcher")

PS: I somehow managed to make VPN working and now can open launcher, but I don't think VPNs are allowed?

VPNs are not allowed as long as i know.
Contact woot for launcher issues etc.
