-sound mods,
-i saw on some ss that they have that cool looking road mod or something,
-weapon mods?

San Andreas Road mod - with guide Weapon mods - Fabio's These weapons ^ are from Fabio's modpack and i personally like them, but not just what i like, they're many other weapon mods you can download; a few here.
Got an idea how to use IMGTool? If you don't know, i'll guide you

And for the sound mods, what sounds do you want to replace? If you want to replace everything, you'll need to download basically a whole new audio file which is large. I replaced my entire audio file so every sound is replaced on my game.
You can replace all sounds such as vehicle's engine, shooting etc.
