How to install Mods into my GTA? Mod gets me fps drop or not?

Hey.
It's my first time using mods, I want a tutorial * How to install mods into your GTA * and I want good nice mods, I don't want to get fps drop etc.
And I want a mod for deagle shots sound, and a mod for aiming target( a square appears when u aim( to select ur target etc) )
How to download these mods? Also.. does it bring cancer fps drop?

it all depends on your specifications, you can download mods easy and fast with modloader

I recommend you to use modloader, it' simple you just have to create a folder for every modification like weapons, sounds etc.

To change your crosshair you need to install TXD workshop, now run TXD workshop -> File -> Open -> Rockstar games> models -> hud.txd, and then click on the import button and then choose the crosshair you wish after that you click on "save TXD"

Note: your GTA should not be running while you are doing this.

Btw with modloader you can change skins/weapons and more mods while you in game so I really recommend you that

I believe you may follow their instructions above, and as for the mods that decrease your FPS I believe they are flashy weapon mods, ENB, timecyc, skybox, colour mods and misc. graphic effects such as increasing the quality of your blood, bullet ricocheting marks and such. Having grass modifications ( leaves, trees 'ya name it ) can give you less FPS if they're way modified for better appearance. Feel free to correct me if I missed something, you may also buy new parts for a PC as they say xd ( which i cant afford lmao )
