Recording issue.

Hello, i've Laptop Core i 7 4gb ram - Nvidia GEFORCE
Whenever i try to record, i get 30 FPS, my game starts lagging and my ping gets high. I havent downloaded any other game other than GTA SA. Also i'm playing on resolution 1366 768 32
I'm really in need of help so if someone can find me a fix or tell me how i can fix it, i'll be very thankful!

First of all tell me what software you use to record the game?
and check if the software recording your game on high quality settings

Maybe try to lower the graphics to low or middle

same with me iam using laptop Core i5 ram 4gb my resolution 1366 768 16 when i record my fps be 25 to 30 and my lap being very lag (only when quality 720) if i record in Quality 240 game be have some lag idk how to fix it

You cant edit on Sony Vegas if you record with bandicam

pc now days have this problem, getting 90fps but when you record you get 25 fps
i have the same problem try to install the last update toy your graphic card :

and try to make your hard drive 100gb+ free space i hope it work again!

Hmm, unpark CPU try changing powerplans, edit your Nvidia settings to optimal settings just search on yt, for the rest use updated drives and make sure your windows version is also up-to-date due to driver changes, it can be a bit stiffy if you run on a older windows 10 vers or smthing…. make sure to close task you do not need or use.

I know its an 14 y/o game but the problem is it has been created on an old engine that was optimized for that current time of pc's.
i'm sorry but even with the current state of your laptop and even with upgrading your ram, nothing will happen.
i3-3217U,
1.80ghz, slow clock.
2 Cores / 4 execution threads, nothing special
3 MB SmartCache, good for multitasking.
Intel® HD Graphics 4000 = Around 70fps, on low settings (GTA SA)
Dynamic clock freq, 350mhz kinda slow for current day gaming.

i need specs, i can't just make an clarification/tutorial, simply search for ''system'' click on it then copy the info, for the graphics card right click on your desktop then screenproperties after that go to advanced properties settings then copy your graphics card info and post it HERE, if you only see your integraded INTEL HD info then head to the search button, search device management click on display adapters and it'll be listed in a list.

that's why you cant record with 60+ fps cuz ur cpu isn't that fast
