I need help.

I wanted to change the crosshair in game and I haven't done it before. The problem is that when I try to open 'hud.txd' in txd workshop, it gives me THIS error. Can anybody help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

This happens to me on my old hud.txd but whenever I just click it rapidly until the bar ends and the .txd file will open, also use modloader.
