What really fake reports are about?

Was seeing a lot of fake report claims from void reports then happening over with a new one with this title, am just confused, hope you guys share the idea. xx

Twisting evidences into ur favor, faking logs and making up story about certain situation just to get ajailed guy that you don't like.

Don't do it tho as it is banable if you get caught.

There is another type of report called invalid report, however which people usually claim as a "fake" report.
An invalid report is one where the reporter doesn't either have enough evidence, or he doesn't clearly get the meaning of a certain rule, thus reporting a player for something which isn't actually a rule break.
