Aside from Heroin, which gives the most HP? I am referring to all of the drugs available within the script

Ecstasy

cannabis

I have used all of them cannabis and cocaine are approximately useless they give you no benefit.
Only Heroin and ecstasy increase your HP bar even ecstasy fills the red bar in most of times.

Spiked crack cocaine

Cocaine gives you around 40HP and less shaky screen. It's actually very useful in certain situations.

to summarize: Heroin > Extasy > (Cocaine = Cannabis)
