"You are banned from the server"

Okay.. this has pretty much been happening on every single server that I tried playing on therefore I doubt the launcher has something to do with it. At first I thought it's because of my wifi card but then I actually moved near the router and plugged the ethernet cable directly into the PC.
Whenever I log-in the game keeps me frozen for 2-3 seconds and then it kicks me saying I'm banned from the server. Sometimes when I launch the game, it's taking me to the loading screen and it's saying that I'm banned. If I keep retrying and fucking with it, it works eventually I can play fine. However, after I take a break and log-back in, same issue..
This is a new PC build therefore I don't think there should be anything on it that would interfere.
What I've tried so far.
1. Reinstalling both the game and SAMP.
2. Deleted every possible mod.
3. Flushed the DNS, restarted the router etc..
4. Plugged the ethernet cable directly into the PC.
And no, I'm not banned.

Use VPN, woot tried to fix this shit with my laptop but could not find any solution..
So he told me to use vpn

Happens with me sometimes, but I just relog and it seems to work. Although I don't know what your case is.

the fix for this way back was to press esc as soon as you see the ocean loading and wait ten to twenty seconds and esc back in, not sure if it's still a viable way now

using a vpn will fix this since the error is caused by a specific ip range being banned usually, but vpn is a shitty way to play since it makes the game lag and is horrendous to use

Not really. I am using a VPN and it is working fine. Just try yourself

This is happening to me in the past week. If i relogged with the launcher it would say i'm banned over and over again. I just switched to the normal SA:MP client, and worked normally. Then the next day the launcher works normal again, until it happens again, and from there it's just a routine. It happened to me twice this week.

happens to me, What I do is restart my router, the IP changes then IT's all back to NORMAL

This issue has nothing to do with your mods or samp files. Its caused due to your net issues. Is your ip dynamic or static ?
If it is dynamic try restarting your routter and i think it will be fine

Shouldn't you be more concerned about flying with s0b through MB?
