/name off does not mean you are wearing a mask automatically!

I've encountered people saying that if you have your name toggled off, you are wearing a mask.
That's wrong, as /name off is an OOC command that is in place to counter people metagaming your name.
You can roleplay wearing a mask, and you should make people aware by either /holding a mask or typing /do, and then describe your character.
Treating /name off as an IC command is mixing.
