Alright so I was at the Car lot and I found an infernus for 1$, I bought it of course then this guy El_Pachino came to me and said he won it in Casino also sent me screenshots and logs on forum PM, I can see he won it IC but I don't see any IC deal. Is this Vehicle his or mine?

I already tried contacting admins in game but none responded.

As I can see from the logs he betted the Infernus IC so of course there's no other way how to sell it in different methods , so he put it on sale for 1$.
I think you should give the car to the El Pachino guy cause he won it IC.

If you bought it before him it's his fault, although wait for an admin's response.

No,I didn't sell it or something IC,The guy i just gamble with put it for 1$ and Shane bought it for 1 Dollar.I didn't get the car until now!

These are tough situations, but as there is no command to directly sell a vehicle to another person, I do think that you should give the vehicle back. As there is no other proper way to transfer a vehicle.
