Suing PD

Like the TITLE says am interested in suing PD but how do i do it? where do i start from?
I have the needed evidence but i don't know how to go about, Any advice is welcomed and needed

The court isn't active anymore, just file an IA report on the officer

Did that, They don't reply or enforce the law.
They are as bad as PD

We do, each time the IA report is solved you will get notifed about it, as long as you didnt get any FPM that means we're still working on it.

thats not true lol i've reported 2-3 guys several months ago yet i've got no answer
so basically dont waste your time filing reports

Actually i've searched all the archived/recived reports since january 2018 till now and i couldn't find any so please..
Giving a feedback about the report once its solved is a must and its being done by IA members.
If you find any officer breaking the rules/abusing fill a report from that link (
viewtopic.php?f=29&t=148145 ) and fpm it to me.
The reports are being handled fairly and officers are getting punishment once its solved(incase it was valid)
