I went inactive for like 3-4 month studying then i visited the website and UCP I've found that my money decreased 28m i checked the money logs found that it automatically have been withdrawed from my bank due to inactivity, Help me please iam really shocked and cant imagine how i lost all that, Please can i be refunded
