Maybe, but last time my cpu was dusty and i cleaned it.
after that it's just like shit.
It was fine before that though....

my cpu is on 80-90%

or take a spraycan fill it with wipping cream please no milk then slowly spray it on the heatsink, it will cool off i used this method before.
