yo
so ii changed my name like a day or two ago to _enzo after i applied for my lic it got denid the reason was blacklisted i didn't done anything i just applied at the day where i changed my name i really don't know what happened please tell me the reason

Blacklists are taken IC and OOC, depending on your criminal record, and your admin record (/q to avoid arrest)

Maybe you /q'ed to avoid arrest few days ago so you have to apply after 30 day of your last /q'ed to avoid arrest it's ooc blacklist
If you didn't this means that pd is braindead and hates you
