I am allowed to provoke someone after I killed him and Even if he insulted me I report him like a fucken retard and get him jail ?

This guy provoked avni , then avni insulted him . Ramy jailed him for ooc insults while this guy kaan started with provoke .
Again I need an admin with experience +senior

those insults are never allowed regardless of how much you provoke the person

'he started' doesn't count, if someone tells you're a bad shooter and you in exchange wish cancer upon their mother it's not ok - if you get provoked, tog your pms or just don't respond

As tisler said. If you think he jailed you wrongly just open admin report and discuss it with management over FPM.
There are also many reports where someone used your excuse ''he started'', but the insults were too harsh.
