I've seen many players have done this, I just wanna confirm.

Does being in a turf ( You're taking or either your ally/your turf is being taken ) gives you the authority to shoot at everyone you see within the area, unconfirmed if it's an enemy or not? I have a clue but I'm not very sure, mind giving me your opinions regarding this?

The faction taking over the turf and the faction defending the turf must be 100% sure of who they're shooting. If they shoot the wrong player, it counts as DeathMatching, regardless if a member from X faction is using the same unrestricted skin. There's a clarification from woot about that, i'll see if i can find it.
