try silentpatch aswell, i have both and i dont experience that shit in elevators

There are many more issues with the addon tho, it even disables some of your modifications and applies its own settings for some reason. Quite ironic when it apparently fixes over 1k+ issues xD but overall it's a good software if you want smooth gameplay with a shit PC.
