This. Changing your name gives you a blank criminal record. Do note that the criminal record will still be attached to your old name so if you change your name back, you get your old criminal record back.

As these two people above said, changing your name gives you a blank criminal record but reverting back to your former name returns your old criminal log.

Changing your name means new character, therefore no criminal entries. If you have any more concerns about the certain topic, please be free to send me a private message.
