Plays.tv not saving clips

i was in some where and i tried pressing F12 ( saves last 90 secs of what i did ig ) i /q'd to see if it was recorded and it wasnt recorded , can anyone help me fix this ,, its plays fault or my pc's fault?

Try figuring out if there is gameplay mode like on bandicam. Maybe it was set to desktop mode recording instead so it didn't work.
