I have windows 7 ultimate 32bit but I want to know if 64 or 32bit is better for windows?
And is the only way to change from 32 to 64bit to format my PC or I can do it without format?

64bit are better, if your computer can handle it, go for it, and yes, you need to format the computer if you want to change
(64bit can handle 8gb+ RAM memory, so its not needed if you have less than 8gb ram tho)

if your ram above 4GB use 64 bit if thats less than 4GB or 4GB use 32 bit better for the performance from my experience with shitty computer
