Exchanging money that is not in your top up balance is not allowed, and is a bannable offense. You can use in game cash in exchange for euros or packages.

Donations are currently closed, and the only way how you can donate is using this link
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=65098 and requesting to buy topups from another players with your ingame cash. If you dont have ig cash then wait until donations get opened again so you can use your irl bank balance to purchase package.
