Help me.

Been 1 month playing League of Legends at home, with 80 ping as egyptian it is very necessary and cool for me.
2/3 days ago it started to go 700+ in the middle of the game, which causes a ban 1/2 times, I'm sure no updates are going on or someone on my internet.
I really got pissed off, any solution?

a game like league of legends needs a stable source of connection since it's an Server Client, however. i would suggest you to send a support ticket to their support which can be found at their official site, they're the only experienced lads for such things.
be sure that none is using your Wi:Fi, or anyone has a connection to your router. also check your pc if it actually does download update maybe that's the problem.

maybe cause you played for a week straight you fried your router, turn off your router and let it rest.
