Well,,,when i join with (administrator) launcher i get in offline game and when i use launcher without administrator,,,click in start and don't get in game

remove your modifications if you have any and if the error still presists then reinall the whole game including the samp client as this is a common error to us all.....

Reasons of why ur game may have gone to this point is:
1.Wrongly installed mods(not installed the right way)
2.You've not installed your samp client in the right directory or have installed it in an old GTA folder after a re-install (optional)
3. You've not removed a file from GTA USER FILES folder forgot it's name something like gta.saf or something like that....
4.If you're using the server launcher you have probably installed it wrongly (remove it from %appdata%) and from your game dir and extract it again to the game dir.....

If you still have issues with it let me know...

you just don't need to run the launcher under administrive permissions just run it normally also be sure that you have choosed the right gta directory via sa-mp.exe > options/settings > choose gta directory.

Well,,,,removed gta and launcher and samp and install new gta and samp and launcher and still have this problem

Now i got crash when i login with launcher,,,what should I do?!

ehm... remove run as administrator on all the files: gta_sa.exe,samp.exe and from imrp launcher.exe also check which windows compatability is set on each..

It's not a launcher issue if it's, then running any server Via SA-MP would have worked, i Suggest to check your gta sa directory via sa-mp.exe > Settings. as i have stated above, that might be the problem.

What version of windows do you actually use?

Screen shot of the error/crash would make it easier for me to offer much more help.
