FPS problems during a gunfight/others

Hello, I'm asking a question again and I apologize for this inconvenience.

I have a crappy laptop, ( around 2012 - i think) in which I play SA-MP on with the resolution of 800x600 and in-game modifications consisting of sounds and "no smoke" effects.

Problem is, whenever a gunfight occurs or if I am in a place that has a lot of objects ( Players, vehicles, businesses ), my average FPS of 45-50 literally drops to 15-25 and I'd like to ask if are there any suggestions. ( like modifications that I can use to improve my frame rate and whatever )

-open your task manager and kill all the tasks running in the background. Especially stuff like STEAM and Google those suck up your CPU and cause incredible lag.
-Go to your battery option > power option then make sure your power option is set to performance.
-Try not to download any kind of mods because they cause lag especially HD ones.
-Make sure your fps limiter in unlocked(it won't go over 100 so don't worry).
-Put your draw distance to a minimum you won't need it unless you're sniping.
-Graphic details settings to low.
-Download a no smoke Effects and a clear timecyc that causes no lag.

Hope these things help bro, I had a pc like you when I played back in the day ;)
