How to Join LSPD

I want to know how can I join LSPD on this forum. If anybody is online please tell this.
Before proceeding, you must be Level 6 in order to join any faction.
First choice is checking if there are any Live Recruitments that will be held by SAPD, they frequently do this through announcements (/ann) and most time is either Saturday or Fridays, at 19:00.

Then create a thread at this subforum, this gets you to apply for an internship. ( Cadet period )
