Title, here is the mod's information.
Name: GTA:SA Camhack
What does it do: Like you spec or something, move with a camera? (?)
Reason I'm gonna use it for: Recording a video trailer

It's allowed as long as you have permission from the management, as far as I know.

Camhack isn't allowed, if you get caught using it you'll endup banned.
And no you can't use it.
