hello can you help me i can't download samp laucher and samp again on my laptop i dont know why but it Dosen't work my version is too old 32bit

I don't understand what you saying but samp works on both 64-bit and 32-bit (I tried both).
If you cannot download sa-mp from their website, try download via horizon gaming (
http://files.hzgaming.net/sa-mp-0.3.7-R3-1-install.exe )

look my samp was working till 9pm now i'm trying to connect dosen't work i unstall samp and download it again but i can't install it i dont know the reason

Here are the links.

After that install it in gta folder. make sure to remove dash (/) while you locating your gta folder in samp installation. ( just only last dash / )
