how to separate the sound

Okey so i have HDMI cable that is connected to from my TV to my PC and for now i can only make the sound to come out from the TV or the PC.
so my question is how can i separate it like how can i have the sound on PC and TV same time ? ( idk if its possible tbh )

Sound settings are pretty simple.
Go to control panel, Audio Devices and there you can right click and set to default wherever you want the sound to come out.
I don't understand what exactly you want to achieve so I can't help you more than that
.
Also are you gonna be sniping me from a 55 inch smart tv o.o

i did all that and only comes out from the TV or i can ONLY set it to come out of the PC, you get me? Its like only one of these 2 can have it at same time. I want it to come out diff from TV and diff from PC ;p idk if you get me
and no its just to watch something else while i roll yo ass
