Asi files dont load

So for some reason whatever .asi file I have it just doesent load, the game runs without asi files..
I have tried many things but rn i have no idea what else to try

Search for another version of gta_sa.exe and replace your old file. (Try gta_sa.exe 1.0.)
If it doesn't work, You should try re-installing your game.
